Mirror frames are manufactured using extruded aluminum which is hand rolled and seam welded to create a seamless joint. After this an etch primer and epoxy powder coating is baked onto each frame in the colour of your choice.
Mirror cutting is done by a CNC waterjet cutting machine to ensure perfect shape and accurate dimensions
The mirror is chemically bonded to a 4mm birch plywood backing. This helps support the fragile mirror glass by providing a strong base. Wall anchors are supplied to assist with hanging the mirror against a wall.
Each mirror is custom made to order. Delivery time of 10 – 12 working days can be expected.
